  • Orders are processed on business days (Monday-Friday) during standard business hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST), excluding U.S. Federal holidays.
  • Orders placed after 5 p.m. EST or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Timeframe

  • We aim to deliver your order within 7 business days, but please allow up to 14 business days for unforeseen delays.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • NiyahGems partners with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Free shipping may be available for promotional offers.

4. Delivery Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
  • NiyahGems does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use this information to monitor your package’s progress.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the specified timeframe, please contact us at gemsniyah@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment or arrange a resolution.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email gemsniyah@gmail.com within 3 business days of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue to expedite the resolution process.
